As each item’s quantity is controlled, therefore if there is overwhelming response to a particular piece, we will go by first pay first serve basis. We seek your understanding regarding this.
# Due to time constraint, we only deliver locally. (SINGAPORE)
# Please kindly note that all items are subjected to availability. In the event that you have made payment for the item, we will make a full refund to you should the item is not available anymore.
# EAVA.ALYLE bears no responsibility for any damages during mailing. We will take the greatest care to make sure your item is intact before sending it out.
HOW EAVA OPERATES:
If you like to purchase any of our items, you can:
· Leave a comment under the collection with your email address
· Email us directly at eava.alyle@gmail.com which includes:
1. Your name
2. Email address
3. Item name and color [if any]
We will send you an acknowledgement email!
Please make your payment as soon as possible once we have confirmed your order before somebody else makes the transfer before you do, priority will be given to the person. In this case, we will send you a notification email. However, if you have already transferred the amount, we will refund you asap.
PAYMENT:
We strongly recommend you to pay via IBanking, as it will make transactions smoother and easier for us to locate your payment. However, if you do not have an IB account yet, we do accept ATM transfers.
POSTAGE
# Delivery will be made within 3 working days.
Postage prices as followed:
# Clothing: S$1.50 per item
If you choose registered mail, an additional $2.24 will be charged.
*FOR EXAMPLE:
ITEM COST $25
IT WILL BE
$25+1.5=26.50 (NORMAL POSTAGE)
*$2.24 is a one off fixed charge for registered postage that is constant regardless of no of items
$26.50+2.24=$28.74 (REGISTERED POSTAGE)
# EAVA is not responsible for lost packages through normal postage.
At this point of time, we do not do backorders. However! If there are any items that are in hot demand, we can do our best to get more for you! We don't want our customers to be disappointed ;)
